On behalf of the Supreme Grand Chapter of the Holy Royal Arch of Bulgaria and on my own behalf, I have the honor and pleasure to congratulate M. W. Bro. Vladimir Karamishev on his election as Grand Master of the United Grand Lodge of Bulgaria.
This choice is an expression of well-deserved trust, recognition of long-standing devotion to the principles of the Craft and confidence in the wisdom and worthy leadership that is to be exercised in favor of Bulgarian Freemasonry with the assistance and support of all Great Dignitaries.
The Royal Arch has always occupied a special place in the spiritual and moral development of the freemason. It represents the natural continuation and completion of the path begun in the symbolic degrees of the Craft, and it affirms those enduring values upon which true brotherhood is built—the striving for self-perfection, the constant search for truth, and mercy and mutual assistance.
The historical and spiritual connection between the Royal Arch and the Craft is inseparable. It is through our common service to the ideals of Freemasonry that fraternal relations, unity and continuity between the individual Masonic structures are strengthened, working together for the upliftment of man and society through integrity, respect and support.
I am convinced that under the leadership of the newly elected Grand Master, the fraternal relations between the United Grand Lodge of Bulgaria and the Supreme Grand Chapter of the Holy Royal Arch of Bulgaria will continue to develop in a spirit of mutual respect, harmony and common pursuit of excellence.
I wish M. W. Bro. Vladimir Karamishev health, strength and inspiration in the fulfillment of the high and responsible duty entrusted to him, for the benefit of Bulgarian Freemasonry and for the honour of our eternal principles.
M. E. Comp. Borislav Sarandev, First Grand Principal
